Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads. The specialist will engage with potential clients through effective communication and build strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing insights on market trends, collaborating with internal teams to align sales & marketing strategies, and managing customer inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and market research skills to identify opportunities and trends

  • Effective communication skills to engage with clients and team members

  • Experience in lead generation and understanding of sales processes

  • Proven customer service skills focused on relationship building

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales pipelines

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
